Cheers to Dani—the first of many amazing ambassadors who make BONE a brand that champions real stories, real passion, and real achievements.
What are you most looking forward to about the Paris Olympics?
Dani: The whole experience. The odds of making it to the Olympics are so slim, so I’m going to enjoy every moment and give it my all.
How do you hope to inspire young athletes, especially women, who are watching you?
Dani: I want them to see that women can achieve anything men can. We can break stereotypes and excel in any sport we choose.
At BONE, we think you are the coolest ambassador to people all around the world. What values do you want to be remembered for?
Dani: That’s so sweet! I want to be remembered for showing that dreams can come true if you work hard for them. I hope people see me as someone who played fair and stayed true to herself.
You have inspired us and inspired our daughters. What’s your message to young girls who dream of reaching the Olympics one day?
Dani: Never stop dreaming and always dream big. Build a support group that will always be there for you. And if you don’t shine in one sport, keep looking until you find the one you love.
What do you think sets our BONE underwear apart from others in the industry?
Dani: I love the fabric and the colors! It’s always nice to feel pretty, even in sports clothes.
Do you have any pre-match rituals or superstitions that you swear by before a competition?
Dani: Not really. I try to stay calm and feel like a warrior. I talk to myself a lot during competitions to stay positive and focused.
What song is guaranteed to be on your playlist when you’re gearing up for a big occasion?
Dani: "Larger Than Life" by the Backstreet Boys. I can’t explain why, but it just has to be there!
Can you share a quirky or unexpected talent that you have outside of skeet shooting?
Dani: I can fold my tongue. Is that a talent?
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Dani: Estofado de Pollo, Peruvian chicken stew. Best meal ever! Always with my Inka Cola.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
Dani: Moving to Italy without my family, without a job, and without speaking the language to pursue my dreams. Two years later, I’m on my way to Paris!
Go for gold, Dani! 🏅✨
With excitement,
The BONE Team
