Delivery Information
We aim to get your BONE goodies to you as quickly as possible. Normally, deliveries arrive 3-7 days after placing an order. If you have any questions or need more information about your delivery, feel free to email us at info@bone.club.
Return of Unused Goods
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened underwear unless there is a fault.
Orders have a 90-day return window.
Condition: Products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Returns for Exchange
We can only accept products for a return or exchange if they are unworn, in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. All items must then be returned within 90 days of the invoice.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publishing. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer systems used.
