HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Normally, our delivery ninjas get your undies to you in 3-7 working days. But, let's be real—sometimes, in the wild world of deliveries, things go a bit haywire. Maybe a pigeon took your package for a joyride, or a delivery truck got stuck in a time warp. Who knows?
We try to pick and post your order the same day, but sometimes that’s not possible depending on the time you place the order, or how many beers we've had. If your package decides to take the scenic route and you’re facing a delay, just drop us an email. We’ll rally our team, unleash our inner detectives, and sort it out faster than you can say “special delivery!”

Our No-Worries Returns Policy:
We’ve got your back (and your front)! We’re confident you’ll love your Bone Club undies as much as our thousands of happy customers worldwide. Of course, we follow all legal obligations, so anything unopened and unworn can be returned for free—no questions asked.
Given the delicate nature of underwear, it’s best to contact our returns team for anything that falls outside this. If it’s your first order with us and you’re not happy with the fit, we’ll happily exchange it for the next size up or down.
